Louisiana Soccer Academy - June 13-17
Sunday through Thursday night 5:00-8:00PM. Costs: 6-11 year olds $135, 12-15 year olds $150.
Blake Hornbuckle and his staff continue the skills training offered during the season for a week in June. Registration begins at 3:45PM on Sunday June 13th at the CYSA fields. Each camper will receive a T-shirt, secondary camp insurance, and qualified staff instruction. Individual skills will be stressed to improve your game including footwork, dribbling, passing, receiving, shooting and heading.

CYSA Summer Soccer - Tues/Thurs in June & July
Pete Didier and other CYSA coaches will offer evening sessions with skills training and short sided games to U6, U8, U10 and U12 players during the weeks when the professional camps are not in session. Start June 1 through July 22 from 6:00-7:30 PM. $25 for the entire summer!

Positive Soccer: “IRON 7” Summer Soccer Training
June/July 2010
This summer will mark the seventh consecutive year of the ‘Iron 7’ soccer training program led by Coach Rich Heffernan. It’s a soccer specific program for players with a goal to be in peak playing shape by summers-end while building their skill base. A variety of logical small sided games that focus on ball skill and game insight is it’s foundation. Players also improve their levels of fitness, agility and acceleration through a series interval training system of aerobic and anaerobic nature. Many of St.Tammany’s best players have included the ‘Iron 7’ program as their personal summer training routine.
Four year collegiate players Meghan Tennyson (NJ Institute of Technology) and Robert Mingo (Christian Brothers University) both graduate college this month and both are ‘Iron 7’ participants.
This year’s class size for the 13 and 14 year old player will be limited to a total of nine players only.
Coach Rich Heffernan – Louisiana Soccer Association State Staff Coach and former Louisiana ODP Coach will be returning for his seventh consecutive summer.
First session begins June 7th and concludes July 28th, every Monday and Wednesday evening from 6:00 to 7:30 PM at CYSA fields. Cost is $275.00. One week camps cannot compare, ‘Iron 7’ has always delivered results.
