General registration has closed for the spring season. We anticipate a few vacancies on existing teams and will collect players "manual" forms (print link below) for a waiting list. Please contact us for more information.
RECREATIONAL PLAYERS U6-U14:
COMPETITIVE PLAYERS U11 & older:
You may pay by credit card online or save the online charges and mail in a check.
If you prefer to register with a paper document click Manual Registration and return by mail or FAX (871-6591).
First games are scheduled for September. Tryouts for competitive teams (U11 and older) have been completed (except for U17/18) but inquire about individual try outs.
Player Eligibility - Membership in CYSA is available to all players 4-18 years of age. There are no restrictions based on athletic ability, financial means or residence location. No eligible child will be denied the opportunity to play.
Registration Process - Registration is held twice each year (Fall & Spring). First time players registering with CYSA are required to present a birth certificate. All late registrants will be accepted on a space-available basis. Registration in the fall via on-line or in the spring by mail-in, forms are completed and fees paid as set by the Board of Directors each year to defray the cost of insurance, equipment, supplies, uniforms, referees, Coaching Director, coaching instruction, maintenance of fields, mortgage, computer and newsletter costs. Registration fees are for the entire soccer year but may be pro-rated for partial year membership. To complete the registration process, we encourage you to access the On-line Registration Portal from this web site (fall registration) or print an application and mail it in with fee and copy of the birth certificate.
