Spring 2012 Player Registration

General registration is now closed for the spring season. We will fill openings on existing teams and have some space in U8 (6 and 7 year olds on Aug 1, 2011) and U12 boys (10 and 11 year olds on Aug 1, 2011). Please submit a Manual Registration by mail, FAX (871-6591) or email as online registraion will not be available in the spring. First games are scheduled for January 28th. Tryouts for competitive teams (U11 and older) will be on an individual basis.

Player Eligibility - Membership in CYSA is available to all players 4-18 years of age. There are no restrictions based on athletic ability, financial means or residence. No eligible child will be denied the opportunity to play.

Registration Process - Registration is held twice each year (Fall & Spring). First time players registering with CYSA are required to present a birth certificate. All late registrants will be accepted on a space-available basis. Registration in the fall via on-line or in the spring by mail-in, forms are completed and fees paid as set by the Board of Directors each year to defray the cost of insurance, equipment, supplies, uniforms, referees, Coaching Director, coaching instruction, maintenance of fields, mortgage, computer and newsletter costs. Registration fees are for the entire soccer year but may be pro-rated for partial year membership. To complete the registration process, we encourage you to access the On-line Registration Portal from this web site (fall registration) or print an application and mail it in with fee and copy of the birth certificate.
